Restricted time eating, with bigger meals is in and 6 small portioned


meals throughout the waking hours is out.

What was smart is now dumb and what was dumb is now smart, backed by science even. 6 meals a day probably encouraged more by the workout industry, think GNC and protein shakes as meal supplements.

Try to eat within an 8 - 10 hour window and fast the other 14-16 hours. Those 2 - 3 meals should be big, i.e. representing 33% or 50% of caloric needs and snacks are not ideal.

I've been on a Joe Rogan podcast kick and he always has Rhonda Patrick, Phd on. She's sharp. 2 times a week is an acceptable cheat, which represents a weekend or planned social occasions.

My interest of the day more so than my beer snobbery from yesterday.
